Our story

Believe it or not La Bella Bags was not my brain child, it started years ago when I met an amazing woman Kim at a time in my life I had fallen on hard times. I had become a single mother with three children, I was working a 9-5 just getting by, I took a part time job at the local fabric store since sewing and crafting had always been in my heart, Kim frequented the store to buy fabric for her small business La Bella Couture, one day she asked my advice on some fabrics, loving my ideas, she showed me her purse and asked if I could sew like that.  I told her I could and didn't even need a pattern. She asked me to sew some bags. for her It came easy since I loved sewing, next thing I knew I was sewing and helping out with the stand at the Puyallup Farmers Market to make a little extra.

Kim became busy with her new real estate career and offered to sell me the business. Somehow it all fell into place, my daughters are on board, Heather with the website and online presence, Jillian helps out at the farmers market.. I cannot wait to share all of my designs and ideas with you, I look forward to hearing from our customers about what they would like to see in the future for La Bella Bags and work up some custom orders.

In the meantime here we are, a small family business hoping to make our mark on the world, and if you need to buy or sell a home I know an amazing woman..

Your Friend,

PJ
